    JORGE VIEIRA

    I am an Assistant Professor (Professor Auxiliar) at the Department of Physics in the Scientific Area of Plasma Physics, Lasers and Nuclear Fusion, Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), Lisbon Portugal.

     

    My main research interests are in the in the areas of advanced plasma accelerators, light sources, and structured light. I  am part of the Extreme Plasma Physics theory and simulation team at the Group for Lasers and Plasmas at IST.
